Situated on the 7th floor, with glorious sea views, this self catering, fully fitted 2 bedroom apartment is a few metres away from the beach and uShaka Marine World. Secure parking with remote access. There is a Queen size bed in the main bedroom and a double bed in the 2nd bedroom. Built in cupboards in both bedrooms. There is a bath and shower. Separate toilet. Hairdryer available. Kitchen has an electric stove with oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, Iron, electric kettle and toaster. Crockery and cutlery. We supply tea, coffee, sugar, milk, rusks/biscuits as well as a few extra's such as spices for our guest's convenience. Air conditioner in the Lounge and main bedroom. Fan in the 2nd Bedroom. There is a laundromat nearby (ask host for details) and if need be, a cleaning service can be arranged. Require 24 hours notice. We expect our guests to have a wonderful relaxing and stress free stay. We are just a phone call away should they require any help or information. Situated on the Golden Mile of Durban. Our closest beaches are Addington Beach and uShaka Beach. All beaches have life guards on duty. (And shark nets) A three minute walk to uShaka Marine World and shopping Mall. There are 2 superettes/shops within a few metres. The famous 'Surf Riders' restaurant is across the road. Bike hire and surf shops a minute away. Rickshaw rides a must! Hire a bike! Or just jog or walk along the promenade. Parkrun starts just outside our apartment on a Saturday morning. Learn how to surf! Lots to do. Brochures in the apartment with all sorts of ideas. The 'People Mover' bus runs every 15 minutes if you would like to try beaches further up or if you would like to go to the Casino. Or just take a pleasant and safe walk along the promenade. If you have a car, we will provide you with one secure parking. (Permit for the busy Christmas season - Only residents are allowed in the area to minimize traffic.) There are books for our guests. No problem if you don't get through the book in time ... take it home with you.
