Quiet, spacious and independent + breakfast!

My place is close to Venice, Cortina, Prosecco hills, Conegliano, Treviso. You’ll love my place because of the high quality breakfast, the views, the people, the location, silence. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets) but only if kept outside the house. Kids are welcome and small events or dinner can be organized in the independent kitchen downstairs. We are just a family with an overdeveloped sense of hospitality. The house is pretty big and is surrounded by a large yard, with plenty of space to park your car or bike. All rooms and areas are kept clean and tidy. Except for those located on the second floor all rooms are accessible by our guests. Downstairs near the cellar there is an independent kitchen with a large table and a fireplace where our guests can organize dinners, wine and cheese tasting or whatever fit their needs. We find pleasure in interacting with our guests and sharing with them all our love for hour home and town. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Two places making very good pizzas are located 100 meters away from home. From your room you also have a nice view of the back side of the old nearby monastery. The closest bus stop is 250 meters away. We are located 1.5 km from the nearest highway exit. 400 meters from our home starts a very nice, relaxing and quiet river trail. From there you can reach the historic part of town while enjoying the surrounding hills and mountains.
