This includes our 4-bedroom Toll House, the 6-bed Bunkhouse, Barn Apartment, Cottage, Bathhouse, Yurt, and 10 glamping platform Bell Tents. This listing is perfect for those seeking a private and expansive area with 5 houses and 10 2-person tents - however, we are strictly following California state and Mendocino County Covid-19 rules so social distancing between households is required. You will have exclusive access to the entire 650-acre property. This includes 6.5 miles of maintained hiking/biking trails, a hot tub, large swimming pond and all of the buildings/gathering spaces. Our ranch manager is always on-site to help with anything you require during your stay. Our property is 7-miles from downtown Boonville, CA and is just secluded enough to offer a peaceful experience with no disturbance whatsoever. We recommend driving to our property and using a car/bus to do anything in the surrounding community. Once on the property, we have hiking trails that connect all corners or the property and all the buildings. There's really no need to leave the property until your checkout date. We have large, private parking areas for tour buses and many cars/trucks.
