The apartment is on the 1st floor and can be reached by elevator and staircase. Kitchen: Coffee (milk, sugar) and tea are available for the day of arrival. Dishwasher: tabs and rinse aid are available Washing machine: washing powder and fabric softener are available Detergent, dish sponge, dishcloth, dish brush, tea towel and Zewa roll are available Bathroom: hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, toilet paper are available Cleaning and garbage disposal is done every day. Please leave towels that you would like to have changed on the bathroom floor (please note that towels are changed every 2nd day at the earliest). Bed linen is changed once a week. If something is needed out of sequence, please contact us. Smoking is permitted in the apartment, but we ask you to ventilate sufficiently. Please think of the guests who want to feel good afterwards. Please be considerate of the rest of the guests after 10 p.m. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with sofa bed and TV, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with shower. WiFi available. The apartment is located in the city center in a side street, approx. 500 meters from Karlsplatz. Despite the city center, it is very quiet. The apartment has air conditioning. Up to 2 guest beds can be placed in the room for an extra charge (price on request). Centrally located in the city center, only a few minutes' walk to the main station, Karlsplatz, Marienplatz, cinema, theater and many restaurants and shops.
