Our villa can accommodate 10 people, especially for families and groups of friends who are looking for privacy. The villa overlooking the beautiful Adriatic Sea is located indirectly on the beach in a small place called Sutomiscica. This coastal strip captivates with its picturesque landscape, wonderfully beautiful bays and beaches and the azure blue sea in front. The villa enchants in style and decor. The 4 spacious bedrooms offer double beds and single beds with beautiful bathrooms. The view from the windows and balconies is of course quite spectacular and every guest will remember this view for a long time. The villa's cozy living room extends on the ground floor level and offers elegant and stylish seating and coffee tables. Here everyone can find their beautiful corner to sit and relax and share the same, friendly space from which you can also find direct access to the pool terrace. The modern kitchen is well equipped and has all the amenities as well as a dining area and of course with a view of the sea. In this fabulous place you will spend many wonderful hours and a few steps down will take you directly to the beach. The nearest restaurant is less than 500 meters from the house and the nearest small supermarket is around 200 meters away. Pets are allowed on request.
