It's an older house, built in 1906 and the apartment was built in 1960. It's not old by Maine standards, but it does have it's quirks. The floors slope and creak a little and the porcelain sink has a chip or two. By default, there is a vintage feel to the place. One that allows for comfort and a chance to put your feet up and feel at home away from home.
