Cottage in the Grove-Cosy Double bedroom

Double bed, though it is our smallest room guests have found it cosy and comfortable. Bathroom facilities are shared with guests, 3 rooms Maximum 6 guests. We live a quiet life on the property with 3 fur babies.(Jasmine & Jack Maltese and Poppy a toy poodle) and enjoy our beautiful cottage gardens, Some areas are shared please keep them clean and tidy Strict- NO smoking anywhere around our property. We like to make your stay as pleasurable for you, we ask is you respect our home & house rules. You’re welcome to use the kitchen for your meals and the dining room, but please clean up after yourself, these are shared so everyone can enjoy them.There are multiple guest seating areas inside and outdoor, to read and chill out with friends or family, choose a game or play cards. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen and dining room, the outside seating areas at the front and the back Please observe the PRIVATE signed areas they are out of bounds We have a separate sitting area at the back of the house for guests Guests are welcome to use the back yard but not past the fenced area. I am available for assistance with your travel plans, and I am familiar with local attractions. We are just 10 min walk to the local convenience store. 10 minute leisurely walk along the harbor and Princess Royal Harbor Yacht Club For families we have a kids skate and bike park and BBQ area just at the end of our road. We are 15 min drive to the the city center and majority of local tourists attractions, like the Anzac memorial center, The Gap and natural bridge, Frenchman Bay beaches and Whale World, A 20min drive to Middleton Beach and visit Three Anchors for best meals and coffee and In the opposite direction we have the beautiful Emu Point beach and cafe. Please be respectful of our home, and enjoy your time here. There is NO food, flavoured drinks, tea or coffee in bedrooms We are not set up for children under 12yrs
