Al Saraya Luxor - Luxury Apartment - Flat 5

Welcome to Al Saraya Luxor Apartments, a new build apartment block with 5 apartments, located in the quaint neighbourhood of Ramla, situated in the West Bank within a 2/3 minute walk of the Nile and 10/15 minutes drive of many of the major historical sites found in Luxor. Sightseeing trips can be arranged in and around Luxor. There is a private car and a mini bus available along with drivers and guides. Also staff are on site for housekeeping and to assist in making your stay a memorable one. The apartment has free WiFi and additional services such as guided tours and local driver are available. With a modern and contemporary look the apartment has been furnished and decorated to provide you with a comfortable and worry free stay in Luxor. The apartment has access to either a balcony, a rooftop garden or a garden on the ground floor where you can take in the wonderful views that Luxor has to offer. You enter the flat into the living room which has a corner settee/couch, a television with satellite viewing and a dining table with chairs. Air conditioning is also included. The kitchen ( which links to the living room via an open hatch area) consists of a fridge/freezer, gas cooker, cutlery, plates, pots, pans etc. There is also a washing machine enclosed in a cabinet just outside of the kitchen. The bathroom consists of a bath, integrated shower, a toilet and wash basin (hand towels are provided). The bedrooms are situated at the front of the apartment. The main bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe and units on either side of the bed, with air conditioning. The other bedroom consists of twin beds, a large bedroom and a u it between the bed. All bedding (sheets, pillows and duvet) is provided. There are patio doors from both bedrooms leading onto a balcony which faces fields to the front, mountains to the right and the Nile to the left. Take in the wonderful views of Luxor on Al Saraya's rooftop garden which consists of sun loungers, a covered area with tables and chairs, a BBQ and toilet facilities. You can reach us 24 hours a day and in the building you will find staff, security and housekeeping. Additional services are available such as airport transfer, private driver and a guide during your stay. There is full access to the rooftop garden and the garden area on the ground floor, which has a table and chairs. Parking is available in front of the building. We are available 24 hours a day either by telephone, email or on site. We can arrange trips to see the many fantastic sites in Luxor and the surrounding areas, with a private driver and guide. The building is in an area consisting of both ex-pats and local. The view is of fields, mountains and the Nile and the surrounding buildings are of a low level which contribute to the panoramic views experienced particularly from the rooftop garden. The building is within a five minute walk to public transport, consisting of buses, taxis and water taxis. There is also parking outside the front of the building. We can arrange trips to see the many sites Luxor and the surrounding areas. This includes a private driver and guide. Access to the flat is by stairway only (2nd floor).
