Lovely Private and Quiet Home/close to Airport

Our home is a modern and comfortable home. You would have your own private area, All new beds and bedding. Self service continental breakfast of 2 cereals, milk and bread/toast. Free wifi, 10min drive to Botany and Manukau shops and a 5min walk to Ormiston Town Centre, Mc Donalds and Supermarket. 20 mins from Airport. Check out by 11am unless arranged Our home is a six bedroom house with 3 bathrooms 3 living areas and a dinning/living room, modern kitchen and kitchenette. How ever 2 bedrooms 1 living room, bathroom and kitchenette (with a portable 2 element stove top) is part of the Granny Flat which is for Airbnb. Children are welcome, this is really suitable for 4 people but if need to be can lay a single mattresses in lounge for the 5th person You would have your own private area, with 2 bedrooms, lounge, bathroom and kitchenette. Access from our front door, you will have a 4 digit code to enter house. Always welcome to join us, at the moment it is my husband and I, and my niece. 20min to or from Auckland Airport peak hours otherwise 30min with busy traffic, 10min Walk to Ormiston Town Centre, Supermarkets and McDonalds, 5min Drive to Cafe, Bar and shops, 10min Drive to Manukau and Botany shopping malls. City Centre, week days 6-10am 45min to 1hr, 10-3pm 30mins, 3-7pm 45min to 1hr, 7-10pm 30min, 10pm -6am 20mins drive There is ample of car parking on road in front of house, walking distance to Ormiston Town Centre, Supermarkets, Mc Donalds, Restaurants, Bars, Cafe's and Gyms less than 5min drive. Bus stop (355) that goes back and forth to Botany and Manukau Centre, and Train or Bus from Manukau to CBD. Please be aware that with the space is suitable for 4 people but up to yourselves if you want to have a extra person. Side tables beside the fridge. Plenty of on road parking in front or on the side of the house. Please do not park on driveway or grass.
