Large en-suite room with beautiful estuary views

Beautiful views from the room, walkable to the estuary, a fab location to explore Salcombe and the local beaches Large double bed with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite. You have private access in though the back and keys to lock the room. I provide coffee and a variety of teas plus a kettle and a mini fridge in the room. The views are really special to wake up to. The estuary is just a 15 minute walk, it’s amazing to take picnics there and swim in. We have a garden with a fire pit and table tennis should you wish to have a go. The house is close to Kingsbridge and Salcombe, but you can also go to Torcross and Dartmouth if you fancy exploring. We look forward to welcoming you to South Devon. We have a lovely garden you can have a bbq in, play table tennis or light the fire pit for a late night star gaze. I am happy to advise on local activities and recommendations. Close to the estuary for swimming, beautiful walks, fab pubs- an excellent location for a well needed break. The Charleton pub is now open and within walking distance. Local taxis are available, bus stop across the road and a parking space in front of the house is available to you. I have a little dog Billy who is very friendly and would love to meet you (only if you like dogs of course)
