Wander through the park directly across the road, with its bush walks, waterfall, fountain lake, the fernery and lakeside teahouse. Adjoining the park is the Bowl of Brooklands which has staged many celebrities including Cliff Richard, UB40, Elton John, Fleetwood Mac, Sinead O'Connor and more recently Six60. Among other events being held in this location is Womad (World of Music and Dance) and not forgetting the zoo and play areas. The apartment has its own private entrance. It is on the ground floor with a private deck. As there are steps leading to the apartment this is not suitable for individuals with certain disabilities or wheelchair users. Hosts live above the apartment and are available to help out with any queries or problems at any time. Close to city and Pukekura Park, this quiet and private apartment has views of Mount Taranaki and the sea and is only a few minute's walk to the city centre with its cafes, bars and restaurants, Puke Ariki museum, Len Lye art gallery, foreshore and walkway with Len Lye’s windwand. Only a short drive away are a swimming pool, mineral pools and beaches. There is a bus stop situated close by (within 15 metres). Parking on the drive for one plus additional road parking right outside the premises.
