Our lovely Villa Homestay is a family friendly place where anyone can feel like home. Its location is convenient and suitable for works or vacations. Villa Homestay is under 15 minutes walking to grocery stores, coffee shops, gyms, or even a theme park! Within 10 - 15 minutes, a cab can take you to the Beaches, Airport or downtown. Only 25 minutes to Hoi An City. We provide a homey atmosphere for those who seeks loves in Da Nang and a professional environment for those who come here to work. * The house has a river view so that you can relax and either enjoy your vacation or concentrate on your work in a fresh environment. * There will be a maid and a security guard on site to make sure our home is always clean and safe. * You may share the common areas with other guests during your stay. This is a great opportunity to make friends from different countries and cultures, so be ready that you will have more awesome friends ^^ * You will have your 4 private bedrooms with private bathrooms in an eight-bedroom villa. * You can access to our private pool, free to use the living room, the kitchen and kitchenware as well as utensils. These areas are shared with the other guests. *** Please be responsible to do the dishes after your use. *** Please be aware that you are subject to pay for any property damages caused by you or your family during your stay. * You also can use the washer and dryer for free, just ask! * You will have your own key for your bedroom when checking in. Your bedroom consists of a comfy bed for two persons, a clean private bathroom, TV and air conditioner. * The host is super friendly and very kind. If you want to ask for some guides of attractions, entertainments, or food, please don't hesitate reaching us, or you can call/text us directly if having any concerns. Of course, everyone is welcome, you, your family, or even your friends who do not stay at the Villa! The house is located in a quiet, fresh, and safe area. It is a walking distance to Lotte Mart with coffee shops, restaurants, groceries, cinema, etc. Only 15 minutes walk to Asian Park. If you prefer experiencing Vietnamese lifestyle, you can walk around the residential community in the morning to try different kind of breakfast or in the afternoon to enjoy street food. There are also a local market and convenient stores (Vinmart) in the community. *We offer free airport-pickup service (drop-off with charges if requested), please tell us if you need and let us know in advance the number of people, luggages, and the estimated time of arrival so that we can arrange to pick you up at the airport on time. *We offer bicycles for free to ride around neighborhood or to Lotte Mart ^^. * You can rent motorbikes/scooters to visit the city. We can help you to contact the renter. Riding motorbikes is adventurous and funny in Vietnam. * Calling a Grab or taxi easily, if you need help with calling, please let us know and we will do it for you. *If you want to explore further places such as Hoi An City, Marble Mountain, Hue, Ba Na, Suoi Mo, etc., we can help you to contact a transportation agency with a reasonable price. Again, all you need is just let us know in advance! * If you are interested in trying Vietnamese home-cooked food, the host can prepare the meals for you with charges at reasonable prices.
