Via Einaudi 1, panoramic apartment in Barolo

We offer an entire apartment in Barolo, in our family house. The house is very close to the centre of the village, in quiet and panoramic position. The apartment includes a kitchen opening on a spacious living-room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (the two beds can be transformed into a double bed) and one bathroom. The price does not include the city tax which is 1,50 € per day per person, due at the arrival. Our house has been fully refurbished in the last two years and develops on three floors. The central floor is occasionally occupied by our family, the upper is reserved for tourists and is provided with separate entrance. What makes our house so special is its position: at neither five minutes from the centre, it overlooks Barolo from high, embracing the village in its whole frame of hills. Our guests can enjoy the panorama from the cosy balconies of the living room and the double bedroom, a perfect place where to have breakfast or lunch in sunny days. The apartment is totally new, carefully furbished and comfortable. Guest are provided with free wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, electric tea pot, toaster, hair dryer, air-conditioning in the bedrooms and the living room, fireplace, and two satellite TVs. Guests enjoy the use of the whole attic, with separate front door and elevator. Besides, they have access to the courtyard beside the house and to the small frontal garden. We make available one place in the garage for the car/motorcycles of our guests, who can otherwise park their vehicles in front of the house.
