New Modern Spacious Home! Prime Location!

Our home is beautiful, modern, and spacious. It has many of the amenities you would have in your own home. It’s convenient to everything. 10 min to Pax River Naval Base, 10 min to Solomon’s Island, 15 min to downtown Leonardtown, walking distance to local shopping and restaurants. Our cozy home is in a nice neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, yet you feel you are tucked away in the woods Shared Pool: You will have shared access to our family pool and all of its amenities to include basketball hoop, lounge chairs, rafts, and outside dining table and chairs. We live right next door. We are friendly people and are outside often. We are here to help if you need us. Our home is in a prime neighborhood close to the Pax River Naval Base, local shopping, restaurants. We are located approx 1.5 hours from DC, 1.5 hours from Annapolis, 2 hrs from Baltimore You can get around by car, Uber, or Lyft. We are only 4 miles from the base and there is a sidewalk and bike lanes. Wifi is available throughout the home. The Wifi username and password is listed in the guest portion of the listing. The living room TV has cable too. The other TVs throughout the home do not have cable but with wifi, you have access to Netflix, Amazon Prime etc and can input your own private user name and password. The outside grille is a gas grille. We have a family dog that shares the property. She is a sweetheart. Please let us know if you are not comfortable being around animals.
