My place is a lovely, spacious, light newly renovated 3 bedroomed house. The 3 bedrooms and toilet are upstairs and 2 reception rooms, kitchen and bathroom with large walk-in shower are downstairs. KITCHEN Guests are free to make themselves at home and make full use of the kitchen. It is well equipped with; oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine. DINING ROOM Another shared space for guests with table, large fridge freezer, armchair and TV. BATHROOM This is downstairs and has toilet, sink, and large walk-in shower. There is another toilet upstairs, just by the guest room. OTHER SPACE There are 2 other guest rooms and my bedroom. There is also a garden which guests are welcome to use. Smoking is NOT allowed in the house. You may smoke outside in the garden only. ************************************** Local Amneities These are just 2 minutes away opposite the station. Here there is a small supermarket, newsagent, post office, Chinese takeaway and fish and chip shop. There is a large shopping Centre 5 mins drive away at Erith and another at Crayford. Guests can use the kitchen, dining room, bathroom and upstairs cloak room. Also the garden which has a large table and chairs perfect for summer evening dinning. There is also a grassed area. I love to travel and meet people so happy to interact with guests. However I will be out at work every day. Also happy to leave you to your own devices if that is preferred. Quiet cul-de-sac with open space at the end of the road. Slade Green station is less than 2 mins away. Slade Green station less 2 mins walk with Trains to London Bridge every 10 mins. Easy access by car to A2, M25 and Dartford Bridge.
