Stunning Retreat with Gorgeous Views

Situated in the best location along the ridge, this two-storey vacation home is perfect for a family getaway, a small company outing or even an intimate wedding. It has unobstructed views of Taal Volcano, a garden with a BBQ grill, viewing decks, a ping pong table and a funky inside courtyard. It’s renovated, fitted with complete appliances and stylishly designed to make your retreat feel cozy and comfortable. Fits a maximum of 25 guests. If you prefer to stay in, the house is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need to relax, unwind and create new memories with loved ones – such as board games and TVs in the common spaces. If you fancy to explore, it’s walking distance or a short drive to Tagaytay’s famous restaurants and attractions. You’ll have access to the entire private property, with a total of four generously sized guest rooms and a den with beds, it has an additional two separate helpers / drivers quarters with adjacent bathrooms, one on each floor. Each guest room has an adjoining, private full bathroom. Tagaytay is famous for its crisp, cool breeze, so the house is designed for guests to enjoy the mountain air. Air-conditioning is limited to one bedroom per floor but each room has ceiling and floor fans for guests who prefer extra ventilation. There are two gated parking areas on the premise. One is located in the back road and fits two cars. The second is located on the main street level and can fit up to five cars. When you rent the house, you’ll have access to both parking areas. If you wish to have privacy between the two floors, each floor can be separated through an interior door and are equipped with individual fully functioning kitchens. While we love our four-legged friends, unfortunately no pets allowed during your stay. Our caretaker lives within the property and will have limited interaction with guests to open and close the gates. For security purposes, our caretaker is the only way in and out of the house so please coordinate arrival and departure times with him. We are located steps away from the Tagaytay Rotonda with lots of food options.
