Our villa is located in the vineyards, near Saint-Emilion, 10 minutes from the TGV train station (Libourne) and 25 minutes from Bordeaux. This villa of 250 m2, with 2000 m2 of land, is perfect for families, couples, or business travelers. It has a 14 meters long swimming pool and a large terrace for relaxing or lunch in the sun. We fell in love with this house by going on a family vacation (via AirBnB), and we bought it ... We are sure that you will feel good ! Travelers will reach the whole house, the garden, the swimming pool and its pool house. Be careful if you have young children : the property is surrounded with a small river (no fence) + no fence around the pool.
