This place is perfect for VINTAGE LOVERS! The penthouse consists of spacious 66m2 with a VERY BRITISH VINTAGE styled &eclectic furniture for an incredibly homely and romantic feeling with a gorgeous west-facing balcony for breath-taking sunsets. The Italian awnings on the balcony and the furniture on the 10m2 terrace invite to relaxation during the hottest period of the year;) The decoration is inspired by the British country house look. It's a penthouse flooded with sunlight from the terrace. Please be aware that partying and listening to loud music is strictly forbidden in the apartment! Smoking is allowed only on the balcony!!!! This penthouse is flooded with sunlight from the large terrace. It is an open space with a romantic portal separating the living room from the bedroom. There is a double bedroom in a separate room and an extendable couch for 2 people in the living room. Italian coffee maker, washing machine, HiFi, a kitchen with all the necessary appliances is available. Grocery stores are just around the corner and the metro is on a five minutes walking distance from the place. The city center is JUST 10-15 minutes away!!!! It is a perfect match for couples, friends or business travelers! You will have the entire apartment at your disposal. Pillows, bed sheets & towels will be available on your arrival. The kitchen is fully equipped and you are free to use it. You can open and close the shutter of the skylights as well as the skylights themselves with a bar available in the bedroom. I can help you with information on arrival or prior to your arrival you can ask me about any info and I will be willing to help! 10 MINUTES TO THE CITY CENTER !!! -easy accessibility of the metro stations & the night bus stops right next to the place on weekdays& weekends. - exquisite restaurant with Turkish cuisine on charcoal grill named "Diwan" just 5 minutes away. Rotenhofgasse 11. always open except for Sundays and Austrian bank holidays - grocery stores within reach: 2nd street to the right there is a Lidl which is a discounter - or a Spar: walk upwards the Waldgasse on the same side (left side)- after 100 meters you will see a bus station (68B) then turn left. There is a BILLA and a SPAR - 4 minutes to the closest metro station (U1 Reumannplatz) and also to the next major shopping lane called "Favoritenstrasse" with the turkish food market selling qualitative and cheap vegetables and fruits. The market opens at 8 am and closes at 1pm. - Bus stop (14 A) to the Mariahilferstrasse (major shopping street) - a large swimming and sauna area close by (Amalienbad) - a thermal spring (Therme Oberlaa within 10 mins reach- U1) Best food nearby: "Diwan restaurant" with very qualitative meat on charcoal grill. You have to check it out! The interior of the restaurant is very edgy and modern. They have a sitting area outside. 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment..Rotenhofgasse 11 Best caféteria nearby: "Chef's Bistro" they have a nice variety of salad bowls, panninis, sandwiches, pizzas & pastas. What I particularly like about this Cafe is its modern, cozy and laid-back interior design and atmosphere. It is open every day until 11 pm or 12 pm on weekends. Recommended for rainy days and long nights with your friends ;) ..Favoritenstraße 79 Best ice cream parlor: "Tichy" Make sure to not miss on this ice cream parlor! During the warm season between 14th of March and 28th of September, this ice cream salon and cafeteria opens its doors and it sells the best ice cream of Vienna! Don't miss on the hazelnut ice cream! Its taste is simply legendary :) Art in Vienna: *The Leopold museum houses the largest Egon Schiele collection and modern contemporary art and mostly the modernist Viennese movements of art. *The MUMOK houses lots of POP art installations (e.g Roy Liechtenstein) .. It is on the opposite of the Leopold museum. Ubahn station: Museumsquartier (U2) *Classical art can be seen in the Albertina with its famous representative Albrecht Dürer, with a focus on classical modernist art movements like the french impressionism and fauvism with its representatives Monet, Manet, Matisse, Toulouse Lautrec, Cézanne. It houses also very old classical paintings of Rubens and Michelangelo. On overall a must- visit if you are into the classical- modernist art from the end of the 19th century ;) KLIMT: The largest Klimt- collection with its legendary ouvre "the Kiss" can be seen in the upper Belvedere museum! Don't miss out on this one!!! Klimt is the most iconic artist of modern classical Vienna (Art Nouveau) ******I would recommend to visit the site: (Website hidden by Airbnb) Here you will find lots of useful info about what to do and where to go in Vienna. ✔ If you arrive by car the best option for parking is the parking garage at Reumannplatz for 12,60€ per day. Metro to city center and bus to Mariahilferstrasse within 5 minutes walking distance!!! Partying and/or listening to loud music is strictly forbidden !!!!!! Smoking is only allowed on the balcony Beautiful, large skylights over the bedroom and the bathroom with shutter in case u wanna use those ♡
