Separate annexe with stunning sea and Mount views

The Arc is an annexe in our stunning garden with uninterrupted views to St. Michael's Mount and the Cornish Coast. It has a double bed with a small wet room with a shower, toilet and a separate hand basin. 'The Arc’ is in the small historic market town of Marazion walking distance to the famous St. Michael's Mount, cafes, pubs and galleries. We can recommend good places to eat, drink and visit. To make sure you have a safe stay we will be following Air bnb's COVID cleaning which unfortunately we will mean we will not be able to adjust check in or out times. We will respect social distancing guidelines and ask you to do the same whilst using the outside space. You have your own decking area outside the accommodation so please do not wander around the whole garden . We hope that you understand these changes that we are putting in place for a safer stay. You have your own entrance to the accommodation with your own key to come and go as you wish We are happy to be around and provide information on the local are but if you prefer to have more privacy that is also fine with us. Marazion is a great little town with views to St Micheals Mount, great sandy beaches and on the South West Coast path. There are great places to eat and drink, several shops and galleries. We love living hereand can provide you with information on Marazion and the local area. We are on the South West Coast path so thereis plenty of great footpathsfrom the front door. There is a bus stop 20 metres up the road which goes to Penzance where there are links to the GWR mainline station. It is great if you have you own car which gives you more felixibility and ease to ecore the area We are happy to provide guests with information about the area and please let us know if you have any individual needs such as dietary requirements, have bikes, surf boards etc that you would like us to lock up safely overnight or need to use Laundry or drying facilities (in emergency situations). There is an off road private parking space nearby or if you are coming down by bus or train we can possibly pick you up from the station for a fee of £5 (prior arrangement needed). WiFi is available but it can be a bit tempremental!!
