Modern,cosy and beautiful 1 bedroom apartment

I am a very friendly, nice and proactive host. My apartment is only 10 minutes by car to the city centre and only 15 minutes by public transport. There is very easy access to public transportation, as the buses pass frequently and the bus stop is only 2 minutes on foot from my apartment. My apartment is cosy, modern interior decor,bright and colourful. I have two balconies and a big garden. If my guests wish to enjoy the summer heat, my place is just the right place to be.
