Spacious and comfortable with a beautiful back deck (outdoor gas grill) & landscaping. Convenient for shopping areas/leisures. Outdoor shower. Near by to Follins pond and Kelly's bay. Peaceful, tranquility. This house has a very nice back deck covered by a beautiful canvas canopy, where you can relax on early mornings for a breakfast or coffee and late afternoons for a cookout or a glass of wine during spring, summer and fall seasons. The house is rounded by a beautiful front and back yard in a proper landscaping. An outdoor shower is always a pleasure in Cape Cod during hot summer days. The bedrooms upstairs have windows’ ACs. The living room and kitchen have ceiling fans. Downstairs it is always cooler in Cape Cod. We provide floor fans in all rooms. Travelers will be able to access all parts of the house unless they need to rent less space. E.g. Only the top floor (2 bdrs) or bottom floor ( 2 bdrs) Yes we can offer our help during your stay by phone calls and text messages. We can provide linens and towel with an extra fee of $ 100.00 If you like to bring your pet, dog or cat (only one) will be an extra fee of $100.00 weekly under owner's approval. In all inquiries will be added 12.45% town tax fee in the total amount. Security deposit is not included in this amount. Our neighborhood is family oriented surrounded by friendly neighbors who care about each other and their safety. To get around the areas you definetely need a car. There is a rail station in Hyannis as well and a bus station that transfer people in Boston. In Harwich port there is a ferry that goes to Nuntucet Island. In Hyannis or Falmouth you can take a ferry to go to Martha's Vineyard Island. The house is located in a very quite family residential area and there are not allowed parties or late night stays in the yard or back deck after at least 10 PM. There are 5 min away tennis courts, basketball fields, soccer, baseball and football fields where you can play or enjoy morning or afternoon's walk at Kelly's park. Near by there is Kelly's bay at Follins pond as well as a biking trail which goes all the way to Chatham. We do not provide paper goods, linens and towels unless you travel by air. There is an extra service fee for that. Pets (only one) are allowed only by owner's approval with an extra charge fee of $100.00 weekly.
