Room with own bath & entrance - Fair is close

The house is the penultimate house in a dead end street and therefore very quiet. Then comes a park where the river "Nidda" runs through. The apartment is on the ground floor or a few steps down, it is a former swimming pool. The room you are staying in has a singlebed and another pull out bed, a TV, WiFi, a rule for clothes and a desk, as well as some lamps. You have a private entrance and a small bathroom. To shower you can use our bathroom. You enter the house and go down a few steps to get there through your own entrance into the apartment. Then you go through a small corridor that leads to another, there is the small bathroom, which is only for you (sink, toilet, urinal, windows and shutters). The door to your private room also leaves the hall. There are three dressers, a desk, a single bed, from which still a second bed can be pulled. If both beds are moved, there is not much room in the room. But it is only intended for sleeping. A floor lamp and a TV are also available. You would have room for your belongings in one of the chests of drawers. There is a double window with shutters and curtains available and underfloor heating in all rooms. Your area is still separated from ours with a door. You can, since there is no shower in your bathroom, use our shower. Otherwise we would like no further use (kitchen, living room, bedroom). We look forward to friendly and quiet guests. We are always there, I work mostly from home. The neighbors are quiet and the nearby park invites to nice walks or a stay in the sun. On the other strees side is a children's playground. To the S-Bahn you go about 4 minutes. There are also all shops for daily needs and restaurants. Parking by car is usually not a problem. To the fair it takes 7 minutes by car. We have four dogs, all sugar sweet, but you should not have dog allergy or be scared of dogs, even if they are not in your area. In the hallway and rooms you will find some trophies, if you have a problem with this, our home is not suitable for you. Behind the house runs a S-Bahn line , but you will not hear it in your room. It is about four minutes to get to the the S-Bahn. There are also all shops for daily needs and restaurants.
