The hause is located in the middle of the Adamello Brenta natural park, just a stone's throw from the village of Villa Rendena and a source of ferruginous water. Not far from the ski slopes in winter (Pinzolo, 15 km and Madonna di Campiglio, 27 km) it allows alpine expeditions, simple walks in the mountains and cycling itineraries during the summer. The accomodation is suitable for both copules and families. The chalet is located in the Adamello Brenta natural park and can be easily reached by car from the Village of Villa Rendena. It is a perfect location for both families and friends. On the ground floor there is a cosy living room and the kitchen, which is fully equipped with dishes, cooktop, fridge, freezer and a microwave. On the first floor there are is a bathroom with a shower and 3 bedrooms. The layout is as follows: *bedroom 1 – for 2 people with a double bed, a dresser and a little balcony *bedroom 2 – for 2 people with a bunk bed a wardrobe and a window *bedroom 3 – for 4 people with two double beds, two wardrobes and two windows. The garden is equipped with: table and chairs, barbeque, deck chairs and a fountain with fresh drinkable water. - The surroundings - The house is in the woods and is 1 km far from the residential area of Villa Rendena, which can be easily reached by car (3 minutes) or by foot (30 minutes). In the village you can find a little convenience store, a newsagent, a café, a restaurant with delicious local dishes and pizzas, a playground, a little football, beach volleyball and basketball court, the bus stop, the waste separation area and the church. The biggest residential zone is Tione di Trento, which is 5 km far from home and can be easily reached by car. There you will find supermarkets, shops, the chemist’s and the hospital. Placed between the Brenta Dolomites and the Adamello – Presanella mountain group, the valley is the ideal place for mountain lovers and for those who just want to unplug and relax. The itineraries and activities offered are suitable for both families with small children and mountain lovers. Family itineraries include strolls, horse rides, fishing and many other playful activities at high altitude or in the villages of the valley. Mountain lovers can choose among a wide range of activities: cycle routes in the mountains or in the valley thanks to a characteristic 20 km cycle lane, walks in the Dolomites to reach beautiful refuges ((Rifugio Graffer, Rifugio Tuckett e Sella, Rifugio Brentei, Rifugio Alimonta, Rifugio Casinei, Rifugio XII Apostoli), golf, iceskating, thermal baths in Comano and Caderzone Terme and swimming pools. We usually meet in front of the Church in Villa Rendena and then show our guests where the waste separation area is before bringing them to the cottage.
