1 single room near cc £27 per room per person pn

My house is in a great location for people wanting to stay somewhere close to Cardiff City Centre or Cardiff Bay. If you have a car then it is easy to get to Barry Island which is about 20-25 minutes away, or if you're a keen walker then the Brecon Beacons are only 45 minutes in the car. I have 2 small dogs and a cat. The dogs are both very friendly and love to be fussed. The bedroom has it's own TV and Amazon firestick. You will have access to a seperate bathroom to myself as well as a seperate living room which has a TV and Amazon firestick in. If there isn't a guest in my other spare room then the bathroom and living room will be your own private area. You can use the kitchen facilities and the washing machine/tumble dryer if needed. I am always around to answer any questions or provide any info on the local area. If I'm not around you can contact me on my mobile with any issues or questions. The house is set back off the main road in a small gated development. It is about a 10- 15 minute car ride to Cardiff City Centre and about 20 minutes in the car to Cardiff Bay. There are regular buses outside the house which will take you in to the city centre. The bus stop is close to the house, and buses into town are frequent. If you attending one of the many concerts or sports events on the capital a Taxi will cost around £15.00 There is adequate safe parking on the drive and the bus stop is within 50 meters of the house.
