This residence is 20 minutes from downtown Dallas. It is also close to Mesquite Town Center East shopping center and other restaurants. Sometimes I travel for work so the master bed and bath might be available. Just ask. I leave early for work and get back later in the evening. There are subscriptions to Netflix, Amazon Prime and Hulu. There is a fenced in back yard. There is a large screened in porch with a grill guests can use. Kitchen Laundry Screened in porch Fenced in back yard I would be available during lunch hour and after 4 on weekdays. Most of the day on weekends. There is a Kroger right down the street. There is also a dairy queen and a sonic within walking distance. There is a dart station 1.2 miles away. Very easy access to I-30, 635 and George Bush Turnpike.
