You will NOT share the pool nor the garden with other guests or people. The owner is using a studio facing the parking and NOT the pool. He is there to help with any issues that might arise, but you will not probably see him at all apart from check in. THE SPACE This flat/villa is located in a favored and quiet residential area of Achlades. It is fully equipped to cater for the needs of a group of up to 3 people who will enjoy the seclusion in the lush green space it offers. Only a (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) mins drive to some of Greece's most beautiful beaches. This beautiful studio offers a sumptuous space with minimalistic furniture. It measures 32sq.m (345 sq feet) and it offers you 1 double bed and an additional bed upon request. It is ideal for 3 people or a family with 1 child. The studio is located in a private property and has access to a beautiful terrace that offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. It offers you everything you will need to enjoy your holidays in beautiful Crete. A couple of beautiful beaches are within (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minutes’ drive. Further, within 60 minutes you can drive to many other all great areas of interest in the area such as the Rethymno, Iraklio, Knossos and many many other. The garden is more than 200square meters. The garden is well established and has a beautiful covered terrace which is perfect to sit on a summers evening to enjoy some wine or read a book. The house is well equipped for use both in the summer as well in the winter including a fireplace. The house has: - 1 double bed and an additional bed upon request. - One dining table with 2 chairs - 2 puff/sunbeds for indoor/outdoor to relax - A fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob (cooking plates) coffee maker, toaster and boiler - Cooking pots, utensils, cutlery, crockery, cups and glasses -SMART TV & FREE NetFlix PARKING You will be sharing the parking in the front side of the house, facing the street with the owner. *PLEASE NOTE THAT THE POOL IS CLOSED BETWEEN NOVEMBER & APRIL* The whole studio is on the ground floor with gorgeous views of the surrounding hills and mountains. All bedrooms have direct access to the garden and the swimming pool. It is located in the rear of the building so not on the side of the house facing the parking area and the front garage door facing the street. You would need to walk around the building to get access to your studio. There is free parking which makes it ideal if you are planning to explore the surrounding areas with a car. To access the house, you will need to go through the big metal car parking door. Please be considerate of not making noise when you arrive after 10:00pm as other guests or neighbors might need to relax. Please note that there is a 3rd studio facing the front (NOT the back where the garden and swimming pool are) which is used from the cleaners and the owner as a storage and/or for the owner to stay. This will not affect you in no way, as the owner will not be coming to the back of the building where the 2 studios with direct access to the pool are and you will not be sharing anything apart from the parking with the 3rd studio. The house is in a residential area, with grocery shops, super markets as well as pharmacies etc all located nearby. The walk into village is nice and you are welcome to explore the surrounding spaces. Achlades is a small village but it offers amazing opportunities for visiting the amazing nearby attractions. The house is located close to the end of the village at the end of a street with no name. It is located in the village of Achlades. You will see a grey gate with a sign of our logo "Lemon Tree" which is the gate to the villa. The beach is a 10 minute drive. The village has excellent taverns in the summer that can be accessed on foot. In the winter there is only one tavern in Achlades but neighboring villages have great eating places with good quality, Greek cooking and local wines/beers at very cheap prices. IRAKLIO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT The studio is located around 45 minutes from the International airport of Heraklion - N. Kazantzakis (HER) (Website hidden by Airbnb) HIGHWAY It is only 3.8km drive from the national highway (Website hidden by Airbnb) RETHYMNO Under 30 minutes drive (28km) to the beautiful Venetian city of Rethymno BEACHES The beautiful beaches of Vlychada, Bali and Panormos are located within (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minutes drive. *PLEASE NOTE THAT THE POOL IS CLOSED BETWEEN NOVEMBER & APRIL* (For long term bookings during this period we could open the pool) *For long term bookings (more than 1 month) there is a limit of 500kW/month. Above this amount of electricity usage, the tenant is responsible to pay* We are working hard to keep our “super-host” status, which means we need a high proportion of five-star reviews. Do let us know at once if you think we are falling short in any way, so that we can rectify the issue. Please send a message through Airbnb if you need anything. Our aim to get back to you as soon as possible. Tea and coffee available in the kitchen. Unfortunately, we do not offer a full breakfast. You are more than welcome to prepare meals in our kitchen. Clean toweling and bed sheet of high quality are provided. In case you need clean towels/bedsheets please let us to have the delivered to you. HEALTH & SAFETY Given the fact that there is a swimming pool and outdoor furniture & Netflix, we highly recommend that the manager greets you to help you with the check in. (he will be using protective gear). This will take under 10 minutes. LOCKBOX A lockbox is available but for safety and health reasons we strongly recommend you are greeted by the manager. CLEANING Our cleaners are following stringent cleaning guidelines set by the CDC and AIRBNB to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. We would recommend not using your shoes inside the studios. PARKING You will be sharing the parking in the front side of the house, facing the street with the owner.
