Secure garden for children and/or dogs to use. Hot Tub in garden available for extra cost. Price dependant on length of stay. This payment will be taken separately from the charges to hire Sailor’s Rest accommodation. Please read Disclaimer in 'Guest Access' Sailor's Rest is a two bedroomed bungalow situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac. The kitchen is fully equipped for daily use. There is a cozy lounge, with a log burner for those chilly evenings. The dining area has sitting for 4 people plus a high chair. A lovely light conservatory looks into the garden. This also allows extra room for people to use when eating. The garden is fully enclosed for children to play happily in, or your dog to run around. There are 2 bedrooms, both with double beds and a travel cot for the baby. There is also a very comfortable fold away bed for use when there is an extra person. Hot Tub outside available for extra cost, depending on how many nights your stay is at Sailor’s Rest. Please ask for details. If you would like to use the hot tub please advise at least 2 weeks before your stay so that it can be prepared in time. However, the Hot Tub is used at the guests own risk and Leslie Parker will not be held responsible or liable for any damage, injuries, illness or death resulting in the use of the Hot Tub. Terms and Conditions Do’s and Don’ts 1.Do shower and use the toilet before using the Hot Tub. 2.Do put something down to wash or wipe your feet on before entering the Hot Tub. 3.Do add chemicals as instructed (per instruction sheet). 4.Do not allow young children in the Hot Tub unsupervised. 5.Do not use the Hot Tub if pregnant. 6.Do not wear any lotions, oils, makeup or skin creams in the Hot Tub. 7. Do not add any soaps, shampoos etc to the hot tub water. 8.Do not have any electrical objects near the Hot Tub. 9.Do not consume alcohol whilst using the Hot Tub. 10.Do not use the Hot Tub whilst under the influence of Drugs or Alcohol. 11.Do not use glasses of any description in the Hot Tub. 12.Do not consume food when in the Hot Tub. 13.Do not smoke in or near the Hot Tub. 14.Do not use the Hot Tub if you have an infectious disease. 15.Do not enter the Hot Tub with clothes on, only wear suitable swimming attire. 16.Do not enter the Hot Tub with footwear on or any sharp objects. 17.Do not dive or jump into the Hot Tub. 18.Do not sit on the sides of the Hot Tub. 19.Do not sit on the Hot Tub cover. 20.Do not increase the water temperature over 37 c 21.Do not have more than 6 people in the Hot Tub at one time. 22.Do not use Hot Tub alone. 23.Do not allow animals in or around the Hot Tub. Instructions for use of Hot Tub 1.First you need to undo all four security straps, 2 at front of Hot Tub and two at the back, (this is a very important part to do). 2.Stand at the front of the Hot Tub where the steps are situated and fold the front half of the cover open. 3.Stand at the right-hand side of the Hot Tub and use the handle to fully open the cover. 4.Do not increase temperature of Hot Tub above 37 c. 5.After use of the Hot Tub do all the above, but in reverse. Easily reachable by telephone My neighbourhood is a very quiet area, parking available by the side of the bungalow and plenty outside. 15 minutes walk to local railway station and 10 minutes walk to buses. Although a travel cot is available please bring babies own bed clothes.
