2Cozy bedroom on 2. Floor of an apartment building

It is a 3 bedroom apartment on 2. Floor that I live in and rent out the other 2 bedrooms together (or separately, check out: https://abnb.me/8FtpLU6ks3 , https://abnb.me/NAJtnI1ls3 ). You are allowed to use the kitchen as long as you clean after yourself (put the utensils and stuff in the dishwasher). You are free to use the living room as well as the balcony that is located just off the living room. All rooms except for my bedroom (the room next to the living room) I’m usually home during the weekdays evening’s and I always sleep at the apartment It’s close to a supermarket, fast food and a bus stop There are parking spaces at the school next to my apartment building, 1 min walk. And there is a bus stop 3 min walk
