We are offering you a comfortable private space with a private entry and parking which is located in beautiful Central Oregon. The quiet country neighborhood allows fast access to Highway 97 (30 min. to Bend) (30 min. to Sisters) (30 min. to Madras) 7.4 miles to Redmond airport and ONLY 4.8 miles from Smith Rock. Our home is 1/4 mile from Highway 97. Pet free Welcome to our sweet and cozy 300 square ft space perfect for two which we have put much time and love creating. There is a comfortable queen size bed and the kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, griddle, hot plate, blender, coffee maker, toaster oven, & tea kettle. BBQ outside your door A small patio area with outdoor seating. Your space is attached to the main home. It is a private space with private entrance. I will send photos after confirmed check in to help with parking. Please be advised this is a small space for only two people. Booking for more is not allowed without prior approval. We are fortunate to have a beautifully landscaped fenced, quiet 1 acre to roam. There is plenty of space for your bikes, kayaks and other toys next to your door. We are a busy family of 6 but we are always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. We are busy working on house projects trying to complete building our home. You may see us working around the home and we run our business in the back shop. We enjoy meeting new people and are open to as much or little interaction as you prefer. Our neighborhood is country living with acreage surrounding neighbors. The world famous Smith Rock is located just 4.5 miles away. Redmond downtown is 5.4 miles south and easy 35 minutes from downtown Bend and the Old Mill District which has endless access to restaurants, music, shopping etc. Note: my neighbor has a rooster we hear occasionally We are located less than 1/4 mile from Highway 97. Please let us know in advance if there are any other special needs that you may have. We would like to keep it PET FREE indoor for those who have pet allergies. There are 2 outdoor cats and chickens on the property. We are a permitted vacation rental within Deschutes county 1305 Airbnb charges service fees each night stay $7 + 8% + tax charges to county per night
