(both are registered on Airbnb) We are married couple who just started enjoying our life after retirement! And our daughter who is travel writer runs the rooms with us. If you want to meet fun local family in perfectly equipped house, here we are! Hello! We are a family who live in Gwangmyeong city. We are a married couple(Royal & Maria) and a daughter(Minjay) who is working as travel writer. We've been travelling with Airbnb a lot, and finally decided to open our house to meet new travelers who will visit our neighborhood :) The house is near KTX Gwangmyeong station. The house is 4 room apartment and you will be staying in a private room using your own bathroom. The bed size is Queen (150cmX200cm) which big enough for 2 people. If you are more than 2 guests we will prepare extra futon for you. (We have another smaller room in our place which is also on Airbnb, so if you are 3~6 people travelling together, it also can be an option.) The house is 4 room apartment and you will be staying in a private room using your own bathroom. The bathroom is right in front of your room which is only for guests :) Of yourse you can also use our fully-equipped kitchen. It has cooking equipments and coffee machines which is always available for you. We have wifi signal throughout whole house area. Royal & Maria are almost at the house and we love to meet you! Even though we don't speak fluent English(this house information is all written by Minjay, our daughter! She is a freelance travel book & tv show writer who stays in Seoul during the weekdays but will come over and say hi to you when she is available! She also will answer every single question or request in English when you need via Airbnb app, anytime!) we are always ready to help you if you need. We always love to be good friends to our guest, but it doesn't mean we don't respect your privacy or your own travel plan! Please feel free and enjoy your time during your stay, but please remember we are always ready to help you out and spend time together if you want and we are available :) 2km from KTX Gwangmyeong station which has Lotte premium outlet, Lotte Cinema, Costco, IKEA! It is not in the center of Seoul but have great connection if you are planning to move next city :) From KTX Gwangmyeong station 5 minutes by car 15 minutes by bus 25 minutes walk ***When more than one of 3 of us is at home, pick up service from KTX Gwangmyeong station is available on your check-in&out. Please ask us before your arrival / departure so that we can arrange/check for you.
