Altadena is centrally located! 20 minutes from downtown L.A. 15 from Universal Studios 40 minutes from Venice Beach or Malibu 30 minutes from Disneyland..... Or simply relax in the backyard and enjoy the beautiful mountain view. Your guest house comprises of a large living room and separate bedroom. The front room is large and comfortable. It has a high def 4k television (Netflix or Amazon Prime), fridge stocked with sodas and water, coffee and tea maker. Too hot? We have brand new ceiling fans and ductless air conditioning. This has all the stores and restaurants you will need to satisfy your shopping needs. You park easily on the quiet tree lined street. No problems coming and going. A bus stop is down the street, which will take you to Old Town Pasadena. Please note that we do not accept pets.
