The apartment on the 17th floor gives a fantastic view of the ocean and mainland with a 4,000 ft mountain beyond the ocean. In the back through the open concept kitchen windows you have another wonderful view of pristine 500 ft hill with unspoilt primary forest harboring many birds and monkeys that you can see and hear. This residential condominium has resort facilities (25m swimming pool, kiddie pool, playground and water slide, tennis court, squash court, saunas, jacuzzi (not needing heat in our warm weather, gym) available to guests who rent for 1 month or more. Many foreign (mainly Europeans) home owners and tenants love this place and are careful to insist on 5-star maintenance of the facilities and its availability only to long term (1 month or more) guests and tenants. My wife and I live in this condominium and are always available to help our guests/tenants. It is a quiet place on a slight elevation, a short 5 minute walk to the sandy beach ("Miami Beach"). You can catch an airconditioned bus to go downtown or go further northwest to more beaches, restaurants and adventurous activities. Every apartment has private covered parking for its occupants. There is free WiFi on the ground floor of all buildings and at poolside. Private WIFI with 20 MBPS is available at RM149 (USD 37.25)month unlimited usage. Since the rent is adjusted down for long rentals of 1 month or more, the utilities are charged to the tenant as in all long term rentals.
