The entire listed space is available for use of only guests. The owner lives in the farmhouse next door. The house is on the outskirts of a small village and situated a few minutes walk from an award winning gastro pub. There are a range of walks from the house through the beautiful Suffolk countryside. Five minutes drive away is the attractive market town of Woodbridge, sited on the River Deben which includes a range of pubs and restaurants and historic sites such as the Tide Mill and Market hill and amenities such as a leisure centre, cinema. There is a bus which runs a few times a day into Woodbridge and a train station in Woodbridge with connections to Ipswich, London, Cambridge and beyond.
