The Villa Costalotta

The Villa Costalotta (we are being facetious) is a standalone building separated from our cabin by a paved alleyway. We live out in the country, just 3 miles from Eagle, with no near neighbors so mostly what you hear is the creek behind the building and the nearest neighbor’s rooster crowing. Our property backs up to Brush Creek which can be fished for Brown and Rainbow Trout exclusively. We are both retired so are usually puttering around the property. There is a private veranda built off of the back of the building over the creek. A wonderful place to have your morning coffee. We should be around for the most part. If you have any problems please feel free to text or email me. The houses around us are roughly a quarter mile apart. There is fast traffic on Brush Creek Road. We live right on Brush Creek which has some steep edges in places. The town of Eagle is just three miles west of us with a park and ride to catch the ECO (Eagle County) Transit bus. Interstate 70 passes through Eagle County running east to west so it does not take long to get to the other near by towns.
