Gorgeous acreage near theme parks (private bath) 4

My husband and I are a professional couple who work full-time but love our Airbnb hosting business. We have a large, beautiful home on 4 ½ acres that is tranquil and quiet save for the joyful song of the birds. Wildlife abounds, including wallabies that come and nibble on the lawns, and long-necked turtles and water dragons down by the dam. So peaceful, yet only 10 minutes from the theme parks and the M1 motorway. Complementary breakfast, saltwater pool, undercover parking, firepit and pontoon. My husband and I live in the house as well and enjoy getting to know our guests from all over the world, but we also give them as much privacy as they wish. We are normally at work from 8am to 6pm weekdays. We have three Airbnb listings in the main house: Airbnb Rouge: (private bedroom for two people with attached bathroom); Airbnb Gold: (private bedroom for four people with private attached bathroom); Both: private bedrooms for six people: This Airbnb Gold listing is for a spacious bedroom with private attached bathroom for four people. The room has a queen bed plus a double bunk bed. The upper bunk is suitable for a child or smaller adult. We are situated in Upper Coomera on the northern Gold Coast. Best part is the theme parks! Also, the vicinity of Brisbane with its attractions. There are lots of shopping centres in the vicinity, whilst a couple of supermarkets are just down the road. Coomera and Helensvale train stations are 12 minutes away. The Gold Coast Airport at Coolangatta is 40 minutes south, and Brisbane Airport 50 minutes to the north. Surfers Paradise takes about 30 minutes by car.
