Entire Self Contained Annexe With Private Access

Our Annexe is a lovely private self contained area next to our residence. It has parking and separate access into the conservatory where there is dining table and relaxing chairs, this leads onto the pretty patio/ garden area with a seating arbour. The lounge has a double sofa bed if required, tv, dvd, stereo and electric fire. There is a cupboard off the lounge which has a microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery. Breakfast is supplied. The bedroom has tea/coffee making facilities and en suite. A pretty annexe in which to relax and enjoy a private outdoor garden area. Local shops are within walking distance also a beautiful walk through Barnston Dales a lovely wooded area. When booking please state clearly the no of guests staying including children. Behind large wrought iron gates, the main property has a large driveway which has space for up to 4 cars and shared with us. The annexe is located on the left where there is a private pathway leading to the patio garden area and access to the annexe via the conservatory. There is also a key safe if required. We are very comfortable giving our guests complete privacy and can be contacted at anytime by text/phone or happy to meet and greet to give a warm welcome and help with any enquiries. Our property is situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac which is surrounded by green fields. Within walking distance there is a good selection of shops. There is a fish and chip shop, a cafe, an Indian restaurant and various take away venues. We are situated approximately 20 minutes Drive from Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet and roughly the same to Liverpool or Chester. West Kirby beach and Hilbre Island is about 15 minutes drive also New Brighton Beach and Theatre. Car parking at the property is extremely safe, as well as the local shops which are at the bottom of Gills Lane turning right, there is a superb independent popular Gastropub called The Fox and Hounds at the other end of Gills Lane near to Barnston Dale which is 0.5 miles away and a 10 minute walk. There is also a traditional pub/restaurant called The Basset Hound which is 0.9 miles away. If you want to go into Heswall, the nearest town which is 1.6 miles there is a bus stop at the end of Gills Lane outside the fish and chip shop. This will drop you off at the main bus station where you can get a bus to Liverpool or Chester. A taxi into Heswall where there are plenty of pubs and restaurants would cost approximately £5. A taxi into Liverpool would cost approximately £25 including tunnel fees and £20 approximately to Chester. We will leave a continental style breakfast in your room which consists of cereals, fruit, pastries, bottled water and fresh orange. Milk will be supplied in the fridge for the cereals and tea and coffee making facilities. There is also a microwave.
