Studio type condominium unit in Urban Deca Homes Campville, East Service Road, near Alabang Exit northbound - 7mbps speed WIFI and 50inch Smart TV. NETFLIX and YOUTUBE ready. NO Cable TV - Queen bed and Sofabed - HOT/COLD shower,clean towels,soap,shampoo, with bidet. - Study/work area with LAN cable, wardrobe,hair dryer,cloth iron, body mirror - Dining area and kitchen with fridge,microwave,induction stove, rice cooker,electric kettle, Drinking Water - AC unit. Balcony, windows and electric fan. It is a studio type apartment with almost complete amenities. A nice and comfy queen bed which can accommodate upto 3 persons. There is also sofabed which can fit 1 more person. the previous double deck bed and sofa set has already been replaced to provide a more comfortable experience for the guests. Private toilet with bidet, and hot/cold shower, basic toiletries provided (except toothbrush and toothpaste) Kitchen and dining area. There are tools for cooking, rice cooker and also refrigerator, microwave and electric kettle. Wifi is also available and you can watch Youtube,Netflix, and can Screen cast your phone with the 50inch Smart TV. Wired LAN is available in study/work desk. Guests might be asked to get visitor's ID from security guard and leave valid ID upon entering the premises. On initial entry, guest needs to request security guard assistance to enter the building since the keys and RFID access card can be obtained in the unit. Self check-in is usually arranged. Keys are provided to guests upon checkin. Anything inside the apartment can be used. Note: Short term Guests are not allowed to use swimming pool. Use of this facility is only allowed for minimum 1mo stay as per condo policy. There is no dedicated parking, if you need to park your vehicle, we can make some arrangements either inside compound with corresponding fees, or in the nearby subdivision (around 300m from condo) with fee to be paid directly to their Security Guard. I am online most of the time and will be available to talk for any inquiries or concerns The area is within a compound, with secured gate for entrance/exit, 24-hour roaming security. Laundry Shop: Full and self service laundry shop is available for a fee around 1km from the place. Food and grocery: Small grocery stores are available in Building 6 (at the back) and in Building 7 (near elevator). They also serve meals at minimum price. There are also some other choices for snacks, cafe, and food deliveries online or through phonecall/sms. Drinking water can be order in Building 11, unit 114. There is 711 mini grocery store, open 24 hours around 400 meters outside the condominium compound. Swimming pool: Short term Guests are not allowed to use swimming pool. Use of this facility is only allowed for minimum 1month stay as per condo policy. Fitness Gym: Fitness Gym "Body Start" is available around 2km away near Alabang Starmall. At around 50-80 pesos fee per session. Distances: - 1.5-2km away from malls and restaurants - 18km away from Naia Terminal 3 Replacement garbage bags are provided under kitchen cabinet. Once trash bun is full, please seal trashbag, and throw it into the big container in the balcony. This is to avoid unwanted smell and trash inside the apartment.
