Bedroom 4: with 2 single beds - first floor. Bedroom 5: with double bed and bathroom ensuite with shower- first floor. The entire house has AC. There is a living rooms with TV and fireplace and access to the terrace. Apart from the main fully equipped kitchen there is a summer kitchen by the pool. Villa Ben Parit doesn´t require the use of the car being just in the center of the city of San Antonio walking distance to the beach, clubs, shops, restaurants and supermarkets, still it is very private and quiet. The bus stop is just 1 km away, and the city is perfectly connected with other towns of the island and the most beautiful beaches such as cala Bassa, Cala Conta and others. Staying at the villa Ben Parit, you can enjoy San Antonio’s legendary nightlife without any worry about the transport, with super clubs Es Paradis and Eden (15 mins walk) , the concert venue Ibiza Rocks Hotel (5 mins walk), many smaller cool venues and the bars of the famous West End (just 10 mins walk from the villa). Just in 400 m there is a beautiful small beach Caló des Moro and within 1 km you will find truly beautiful sandy and quiet beach Cala Gració.
