A clean single room close to Brisbane Airport

Brisbane has experience major flooding - Brisbane is re establishing itself I work to provide a safe place A solo traveler? Arriving late? Flying out early? Seeing sights? For fun? I have a very clean, basic single room with all you need, comfortable single bed (standard size), clean sheets & towels, wifi, desk & a very clean bathroom to use. Host is a professional, working full time. Maybe out - when you are in. Is happy to help with orientation of surrounding area & local amenities. Relaxed, clean & tidy Share common area with resident host & at times with another Airbnb guest Host prefers guests to eat out or use Uber eats or bring in take alway. Nurturing a professional vibe This is NOT a family environment If guest must cook - they can however - bare minimum - this is not mums place Due to flood damage in the area wifi is not working to full capacity Property is very close to the airport. Approximately 7-10 minutes travel time to or from the international & domestic terminals. Best options for transport from the airport is Taxi or Uber. Room is in an upstairs apartment - so there is one flight of stairs. I am available via mobile, text or email to assist when I am away working. When I’m home - there is no expectation from me to chat as I respect people's time and energy. Guests can relax in their private rooms. If time and energy permits happy to chat. We are right on the cusp of the airport precinct. 7-10 minutes from the airport terminals. From here you can easily go into the city, down to the Gold Coast or up to the Sunshine Coast. If you are renting a car (or are driving) it is just a turn onto the M1 which is the main highway to either coastal destinations. or you can just turn into the tunnel (the M7) to go into the CBD. Shopping, Gyms, Cinemas and alfresco restaurants & cafes are all around. Adjoining suburbs are Ascot, Hendra, Toombul, Clayfield, Eagle Farm & Virginia. If you like to walk or jog it is safe to do. Nudgee Road has easy access to the M1, Kingsford Smith Dr, Sandgate Rd, the M7 & Toombul Rd. Taxi & Uber are your most efficient means of transport. Car Rental Companies are just a block away. Conxion Bus Service leaving from the airport to the Gold Coast or the Sunshine Coast is also available. DFO Skygate, Woolworths 24hrs, Toombul & Nundah shopping centres are all nearby.
