Our beautiful and bright house on five acres has a fully-stocked kitchen and comfortable living room, three spacious bedrooms (one downstairs and two upstairs), and a full bathroom on each floor. Sit on the spacious deck to relax, stargaze and enjoy wildlife. Just 2 1/2 miles from the beach and within walking distance to downtown, use this property as a home base for exploring Door County's treasured Washington Island. Beautiful home in a tranquil location to enjoy the peace and slow pace of Island life. Enjoy time with family and friends playing games, reading a book, cooking out on the deck (gas grill available for use) and enjoying all Washington Island has to offer. Guests have access to the entire house, with the exception of the basement which will be locked to store personal and cleaning items. Linens and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels and toiletries. None unless needed Our home is just 2 1/2 miles from Schoolhouse beach and within walking distance to downtown, which has dining options along with the grocery store. Because our geographic location is on an island, weather can change suddenly and it is a little bit cooler.
