Spacious, ground floor, double bedroom in a quiet residential area. The room is light and airy with a wardrobe, desk and large en-suite shower room. Breakfast is included in the room price. You are welcome to join us for a home cooked evening meal (extra charge). I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance to help you remain safe during your stay with us. Breakfast is included in the price. Home cooked evening meals are available on request. There is a large family room at the back of the house looking out over the garden and a separate quieter room with a TV also available. These rooms are shared with the owners. You will be given a house key so you can come and go as you wish. We have a locked garage where you can leave bikes/sports equipment. We are happy to give you ideas of local places to visit and restaurants and pubs. The house is situated in a quiet residential area. We are 5 minutes drive from Jtn 9 on the M25 and 30 minutes from Gatwick airport and 45 minutes from Heathrow. Free on-street and off-street parking is available all day in a safe street. Ashtead station is just 7 minutes walk from the house and has direct links to Waterloo, Victoria and London Bridge stations taking about 40 minutes. Trains run every 15 minutes to London. Box Hill, Epsom Downs (for the race course) and Ashtead Common are all very close for walking and cycling. Children are very welcome and we have a travel cot, high chair and plenty of toys that you can use. A baby sitting service is available during the day and evening. There is a £50 charge for lost or non returned keys.
