Perfect for a small family, there is a bedroom for two and a comfortable couch for one in the big living room, as well as a kitchen and sunny veranda. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the old farmhouse at our home in Brezje, in the Alpine area of Northwest Slovenia, a few minute drive to the main Alpine resorts and lakes. (Bled, Vintgar, Bohinj, ...) and a 30-minute drive from the capital, Ljubljana. In the summer and autumn, we can also offer fresh vegetables from our organic vegetable garden in fruits from our orchard. We offer: - a flexible and personal approach to our guests - very good price for the standard you are getting - easy booking and help with the arrival - no hidden fees Please note: - a tourist tax of 2 euros per person per night will be charged on the spot (income of the local community) - if you wish to stay for more than 7 nights, please ask for special offer We speak English, French and Russian. We also understand some Italian. It is a always a special pleasure for us to meet, talk, share a cup of coffee or a drink with our guests. Since we can fluently speak a few languages, usually there is no obstacle to have a friendly atmosphere. Though at the same time complete privacy is guaranteed. Brezje is famous for its basilica of Our Lady and attracts thousands of pilgrims every year. It is also an attractive place for people and families who prefer a friendly, hospitable, countryside atmosphere. It is also a great starting point to visit some of the most beautiful sightseeing locations in Slovenia: - only 5 km from a small, pleasant historic town called Radovljica - a short 20-minute drive to the gorgeous Bled Lake Vintgar Gorge, which are probably the most famous tourist attractions in Slovenia - a 30-minute drive to the capital, Ljubljana, etc. Not to mention that you can reach the Adriatic coast (Piran, Koper, Portorož) in under 2 hours! There are many interesting places, historical (medieval) towns and villages, popular tourists attractions, easily accessible by car. The bus station is only a ten-minute walk from our home.
