The flat is 70 square meters and is located in vibrant and up and coming area just few minutes by walk (or by a tram or a metro) to the historic part of the city center. The flat is in the first floor, completely furnished. In the kitchen you will find everything you need so you can cook like at your own kitchen. All prices include VAT and local taxes.
