My house is in an enclosed sunny courtyard with a swimming pool 3 comfortable double bedrooms en-suite and large bathroom with separate loo. A continental breakfast is provided The house is across the road from the Te Awanga Beach with fabulous walks and bike rides, hire bikes are available near by. My house is close to well known vineyards (restaurants attached) and to Cape Kidnappers golf course and Napier, Havelock and Hastings are all within 25 minutes As mentioned an enclosed courtyard so small pet friendly The pool is available to guests As I live and work in the house I am available I am very close to beach vineyards cafes golf courses Havelock North (15 mins)Hastings (15mins) and Napier (30 mins) Probably best to have car. Great cycling area too
