Villa En-Helion is located in north-eastern Pelion, on a steep slope with unlimited view to the Aegean Sea, just above Plaka Beach and Agios Ioannis touristic place, on the edge of Anilion village and near the villages Kissos and Agios Dimitrios, in a distance of 6 - 30 min (by car) from the 9 wonderful beaches of the area. The villa's estate (about 1300 sqm) is landscaped in levels and it’s full of chestnut trees, a few fruit trees, olives and vineyards, sometimes a vegetable garden, as well as shrubs and flowers. It also has many other interesting corners, such as gazebo, hammock, ping-pong table, glade in the forest, etc. Its entrance and parking are on the highest level, next to the asphalt road which passes over the estate. Villa’s building has 3 stores and it is built according to the local typical architecture, with entrance on the 2nd Floor at street level, from where a central stairs leads down to the 1st Floor and to the Ground-floor, which is located on the same level as the yard, the terraces, the shed, the swimming pool and the wooden deck. The 1st and 2nd floors have terraces and balconies too. In a part of the 1st Floor is located the triple Studio "Butterflies", with its own terrace (having stairs to the ground level yard), its own bathroom, a mini kitchen, as well as an independent entrance from the stairwell. It has 3 single beds, the 2 of them can be unified to form a double one. The central space of the Ground-floor is a spacious Living Room, with a dining area, a sofa corner, an elevated sitting area with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Living room leads -through a glass partition- to the shed terrace, as well as to the other outdoor spaces. On both sides of the Living Room, there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms : The triple one "Bridges" (1 double and 1 single bed) and the quadruple one "Boats (Website hidden by Airbnb) (2 single beds which can be unified to form a double one, and a 2-storey bed). Both rooms have access to the outdoor terraces. All spaces are furnished and fully equipped, they have Wi Fi and their cleaning (twice a week) is included to the price. The entire Ground-floor, as well as the Studio "Butterflies" of the 1st Fl. are offered for Accommodation, with all the outdoor areas (terraces, shed, swimming pool, deck, yard, etc), for groups until 10 people. The region of Pelion combines uniquely mountain and sea landscape and offers many amazing activities in Nature. The access to the Villa is very confortable by a good asphalt road. Private parking places are available. There is a regional bus stop in less than 1 km from the Villa and at a distance of ~ 50 Km (in Volos) there is an intercity bus station, a train station, as well as an airport. The large swimming pool, the spacious verandas and the wooden deck with endless view to the Aegean Sea, make the stay in the traditional building even more special.
