This cottage is a gem to be found! From the Master Suite to the charming loft, this cottage can sleep 6! There is a full working kitchen, countless amenities. For those who wish to do exploring, you will be centrally located on LI giving you great ease in using LI rail road (.5 mile) from cottage and Port Jeff Ferry (1mile)from cottage. There is a large fenced in yard with BBQ and outdoor seating if you wish to dine in. You won’t beat this value! Has it All!! When renting the cottage the entire cottage and property is yours alone! You will find it very private! This also includes a wrap around driveway that is only for your use! The neighborhood is quiet and safe, however, the cottage is equipped with an ADP alarm system. The property is just shy of an acre with a beautifully landscaped yard. The backyard is completely fenced in. For your enjoyment there is a chiminea, BBQ, and plenty of outdoor seating! In the front, you will enjoy a large covered porch with comfortable seating! Even on a rainy day! There is Keurig coffee and bottled water available. DOGS are welcomed, with PRIOR notice ($65 additional weekly fee) And I am happy to provide a crate if needed. If you are looking for any assistance or recommendations on dining, activities, transportation, etc. I would be more than happy to assist you! I am always happy to help! :) Guests will be given key and have full/soul use of cottage and property while they are occupants. Typically I will not meet my guests, but will always be available 24 hours a day. However, I am local in the area and am available to meet. The neighborhood is quiet and private and free of crime The Cottage is set back from road with plenty of trees and a beautiful landscape. From Spring to Summer the yard is blooming in color with a variety of plants and flowers. There is plenty of parking with a wrap around driveway even for guests. The property is just shy of an acre and has a large fenced in backyard with large BBQ and chiminea. You’ll even find all the fixings for s’mores! Dogs are welcomed with notice. The Cottage is in close proximity to ALL! Firstly our beautiful Waterfront Village! Just a quick mile down the hill and you will find the most quaint Village that Long Island has to offer! But, if that’s not enough... (in no particular order, lol) there is shopping, beaches/ocean, museums, bowling, house of worship, laundromats, athletic clubs, cinemas, theaters, casinos, water parks, every cuisine imaginable, speciality markets, spas/salons, outlets, brewery’s/vineyards, mass transportation! This is a destination all on its own!
