Roadster Colombo – Room 304: purpose built, 16-room hotel (July'19) in Colombo 7. We provide our guests the privacy, convenience and comfort of a small city hotel, at a fraction of the cost. Please note there is no hot pan or cooker. Guests are able to do their laundry at a nominal cost. Guests also have access to common areas such a roof top terrace with a beautiful, 360 degree view of the city, a rear garden with lounge chairs, etc. 24 hour access will be provided and check-in is available at any time (those checking in after 10pm will have to provide prior notice of arrival time). Both apps provide options to get about via tuk tuks, small cars, medium sized cars, etc. - On arrival, it is sensible to take a taxi from the arrival lounge of the Airport. To Central Colombo, it will cost between USD 15 and 20. - Be mindful when getting tuk tuks from the roadside, because they tend to over-charge tourists. It is always better to book a tuk tuk or a car via the Uber app or the PickMe app.
