Family friendly or quiet retreat

Bedroom has dble bed with single b.in closet & welcoming sunrise. We have a small dog & cat that will amuse you. A short walk to the University, public transport, fabulous restaurants, and major shops. Hospitals close also. We are centrally located to the mountains and amazing beaches. The activities are amazing from seaplane rides to scuba diving. Home is air-conditioned & heated. Room has ceiling fan & latest regulation smoke detectors. WiFi available. You will get a feeling of 'Ahh, I'm/we're home'. You will be greeted with a smiling welcoming face that is carried throughout the home. Secure access to home and yard. Welcome to use kitchen and living space as well as laundry if required. Shared bathroom containing shower & bath, separate toilet and handbasin. Family use ensuite. I am happy to support you in the manner we agree upon. We can be as the friend you come home to, or somewhere where you can have complete privacy. I have good knowledge of area. Safe friendly neighbourhood with plenty of scenic walkways meandering around lakes with a variety of bird life. Walk to most anything you need or want. Street noise garbage collection days only. Parking available on driveway for those who hire a car or the bus stop is a short easy walk. We have a small dog who is welcoming and friendly, and a cat who seems to think he owns everything here. We are a non smoking home.
