Dining room with sofa bed and access to the balcony. A portable bed for children aged 2-3 years. 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom with bathtub. The kitchen with access to the balcony and a dining area for 4 people. Two balconies with table and chairs. It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment. Parking for bicycles covered and private . The whole apartment is available for a number of guests above 2. The bedroom and the second bathroom with bathtub are not accessible if the booking is for one or two guests only. These are still available upon payment at the check-in of 30 € for additional cleaning. It's not an hotel with 24x7 reception but: Sabina lives in the same condominium, Pasquale lives two kilometers away and we are always timed about presences and absences. The structure is in a strategic, quiet and decent position. In the immediate vicinity there are shops open until late evening and on holidays, a pharmacy open every day including holidays, from 7.30 to 22.30 hours continuously. By public transport or on foot, in a few minutes, you can reach the city center, supermarkets, and the hospital facilities of Villa Laura, Toniolo nursing home, Bellaria Hospital, S. Orsola Hospital. With a single public transport or a local train, you can reach the central station. In the area there are no traffic restrictions and the parking lots are free, however a parking space is available into the private area for the unloading and loading of goods or luggage. There are parking spaces reserved for disabled guests. A private closed bicycle storage is available. A few dozen meters away you can take a marked bike path that leads to the city center or to the hospitals. Bus and train stops are just a few tens of meters away. In the same building, in other apartments, there are small dogs. Mansuous and silent. The underfloor heating and air conditioning are autonomous and therefore adjustable as needed.
