The walk through to the open plan kitchen, meals and family room. Polished floors compliment this area along with floor to ceiling windows with views to private yard, to watch the kids run around. Split system and fire place finish this room off nicely - to be enjoyed in Summer and Winter. Kitchen with all amenities you would expect of a beach home. Two bathrooms, so not fighting and one with a bath for mum to relax in. Laundry with washing machine and dryer. Bedrooms have access to small private courtyard. A large deck sits nicely in the large back yard, so you can enjoy watching the little kids run around or play a game of cricket or football. Plenty of parking, even for the boat. Fully fenced and secure. Enjoy the beaches, wineries, golf or adventure playgrounds that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. A short drive to Jackalope and Point Leo Estate. Guests are responsible for the cleaning of the BBQ, if it does require cleaning there will be a $50.00 charge deducted from your bond.
